DESCRIPTION

Longeviti LLC is searching for a Program Manager to oversee the 100+ staff at Brooks Army Medical Facility at Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio, TX. This position shall be responsible for program administration in general. The term Contract Manager and Program Manager are interchangeable for this contract.

The Program Manager and Alternate Program Manager will coordinate the implementation of services and be responsible for the performance under this contract. They shall have full authority to act on behalf of the Contractor on all contract matters relating to the daily operation of this contract, and the Alternate Contract Manager shall act on behalf of the Contractor should the Contract Manager be unavailable. They shall be available during Contractor Support Hours.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Oversees the development of contractor staff, and alignment of the staff to the Government’s requirement.          
  • Provides and ensures quality and timely services and delivery of contractual items under the contract terms and conditions.
  • Serves as point of contact with the contracting officer representative and the contracting officer.  
  • Performs day-to-day management of contract execution, possibly involving multiple groups of personnel at multiple locations.      
  • Establishes and maintains technical and financial reports demonstrating task order progress and delegates responsibilities to subordinates and oversees successful contract completion.   
  • Maintains effective client interface with the COR.        
  • Motivates staff and ensures contractor staff are adequately trained and fully understand the work environment.
  • Maintains contract and employee training and safety records.
  • Manage contractual and support elements to achieve cohesiveness and unity while progressing toward a set of goals.
  • Extensive experience in managing time-dependent operations such as rapid turnaround scheduling, ordering, data analysis and assessment activities.
  • Oversees the status of projects; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
  • Monitors the assessment of project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
  • Ensures the development of mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, project team and clients.
  • Ensures production schedules are met or exceeded.
  • Coordinates resolution of deliverable-related problems
  • Provides proactive and responsive customer focused leadership, reaching back to corporate resources to mitigate risks and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Uses strong planning and organizational skills to ensure timely completion of all milestones and efforts with minimal client disruption.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, COMPETENCIES:
  • Ability to relate requirements to contractual and administrative requirements.
  • Extensive experience requiring excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven personnel management skills.
  • Experience preparing reports, analyzing data, and suggesting solutions for senior level management.
  • Working knowledge Microsoft Office Tools.
  • Excellent communication, proactive/upbeat attitude, effective leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid US State Driver’s license

  • NACI

EDUCATION:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management or Technical discipline.
    • May consider substituting experience for Bachelor’s degree
    • May consider substituting program management certification for Bachelor’s degree
Preferred or Desired Education
  • PMP® Certification is desired but not required.
